    T.T. Pilates Studio was founded in 2013 in Xiamen, China. It is the first professional Pilates studio in Xiamen, and the first to use American imported Balanced Body® Pilates equipment.

    T.T. Pilates Studio is a regional training base for POLESTAR® Pilates. We use Pilates, physical therapy, and different scientific movement methods to share the knowledge of how to achieve greater health and happiness with our clients.


    In 2015 T.T. Pilates became the first studio in Xiamen to offer The Gyrotonic® Method and its custom-designed German equipment.


    In 2017 we opened two new studios on Xiamen island. Our Convention Center location now focuses on Gyrotonic mat and equipment classes and trainings, and our two-story Wuyuanwan location is our training center for Pilates and other workshops.


    We offer group and private classes for adults and children. We invite you to come in for a class today!

  • What is Polestar Pilates?

    The Polestar Pilates approach integrates Pilates with current scientific findings to create balanced, elongated muscles, improved posture and ease of movement. Discover why athletes, dancers, entertainers, models, rehab patients and those seeking a healthier, more beautifully sculpted body use Polestar Pilates.

    Polestar Pilates applies current research and practice in , sports medicine and movement science to the principles originated by Joseph Pilates. Our extensive background in rehabilitation and movement science expands on principles by adding manual skills, advanced body awareness and principles from motor control theory.

    Polestar gets you “in tune” with your body by concentrating on proper alignment and smooth movement. Many other exercise programs take a “body parts” approach, with isolated exercises for each muscle group. Polestar trains the whole body in smooth, continuous movements, elongating and strengthening at the same time. The result: muscles that are long and strong.

    The program dramatically improves strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and posture. It creates a body that looks long and lean, with slender thighs, flat abdominal muscles and a strong back.

    The workout is surprisingly relaxing and revitalizing. It’s gentle enough for mothers-to-be, yet challenging enough for the super-fit. It’s a program that works for everyone, regardless of age or condition.

The Gyrotonic® Method works to balance and lengthen the muscles and joints, bringing one’s bones back into alignment. It provides breathing techniques, cardiovascular stimulation, and dynamic movement to increase joint range of motion. It improves balance, flexibility, and muscle tone; and assists in detoxification and neuromuscular rejuvenation.
